Cikcilli

Cikcilli is a new district of Alanya, which is located just north of Oba. It is located a little deeper, 1.5 km from the center of Alanya and 600 meters from the Mediterranean coast, on a gentle elevation above the bypass road. Cikcilli has no direct access to the sea, but the road from its highest point to the beaches of Alanya is no more than 4 kilometers.
A distinctive feature of this area is that there are no hotels, noisy discos and other entertaining – tourist infrastructure. In Cikcilli, mainly new multi-storey residential buildings are being built. This area is popular among Europeans and Russians, who appreciate peace and quiet, but at the same time want to live close to the center of Alanya. Cikcilli is well developed urban infrastructure. Here is located the shopping and entertainment center Alanium, in which there are various boutiques of famous brands, hardware and electronics stores, a supermarket and optics, as well as cinemas, a playground and cafeterias. You will also find Metro, Kochtash and Kipa hypermarkets in this area.
At the same time, in Cikcilli there is a lot of green vegetation, there are parks with sports grounds and exercise machines, orange alleys and well-groomed flower gardens. Real estate in Cikcilli is somewhat different from real estate in central areas. For example, it is allowed building in 8-12 floors. In addition, there are many prestigious residences here, which makes the area attractive to foreigners.
